Shipping & Delivery Policy: Nic-2-Go

Nic-2-Go partners with an LTL (Less Than Truckload) delivery broker to secure the most competitive shipping rates for your order. All vending machines are shipped securely on sealed and protected freight pallets. At checkout, you will have multiple shipping options to choose from based on your specific needs and capabilities.

⚠️ Important Notice: If you require additional services at the time of delivery that were not selected during checkout (e.g., Liftgate service), you will be billed for the additional charges.

Shipping Customizations Explained

1. Curbside Delivery (With Liftgate)

  • What it means: Your shipment is delivered to the curbside of your location, and a liftgate is used to lower heavy items from the truck to the ground.
  • When to choose: Ideal for heavy or bulky items when you need assistance unloading them safely.

2. Threshold Delivery

  • What it means: Your order is delivered just inside the first door or entrance of your building.
  • When to choose: Best for getting items indoors without requiring full setup or additional moving.

3. Basic Threshold Delivery (No Signature Required)

  • What it means: Items are placed just inside the first door, and no signature is required for delivery.
  • When to choose: Suitable for simple, unattended indoor deliveries.

4. Back of Truck Delivery (No Liftgate)

  • What it means: Items are delivered to the back of the truck, and you are responsible for unloading them.
  • When to choose: Ideal if you have the necessary equipment or personnel to unload the shipment yourself.

Damaged Items & Claims Process

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, Nic-2-Go must be notified within 48 hours of delivery by emailing nic2goinfo@gmail.com.

To file a damage claim, please provide:
✅ Your name
✅ Order number
✅ Images of the packaging
✅ Images of the damage
✅ Confirmation if the damage was noted on the carrier’s paperwork at the time of delivery

Resolution Options:
Nic-2-Go assesses each damage claim on a case-by-case basis to determine the most appropriate solution. Possible resolutions include:

  1. Partial Discount – A percentage or flat-rate discount may be offered if the damage is minor and does not significantly impact functionality.
  2. Full Replacement – If the item is damaged beyond repair or its intended function is severely impacted, a full replacement will be provided.
